We’ve grown an airline, created new ice cream brands, revitalised cooking, perfected the showering experience, launched travel brands, relaunched household appliances, repositioned gaming brands and even found time to reduce obesity, smoking and A&E admissions. So we’ve been quite busy.
Back in 2002, six people set up hôme together. One agency in a small rented loft space with a solitary brief from a single local client and a fire escape for a view.

Today we’re over 85 hômies strong across five specialist agencies, working on hundreds of briefs from local, regional, national and international clients and have rolling green fields and prancing deer for a view. As well as the Leeds office, we now have offices in London, Gibraltar and Sydney where less deer are seen.
In an age where multi-channel, multi-media and multi-layered communication is the norm, our multi-talented people from across the group work closely together to challenge briefs and determine the right approach. And in doing so, we’re altogether smarter.
Instinct and Insight
It is vital that creative communication is in tune with consumer insight but we must be brave enough to know how to interpret it, not to follow it blindly. Sometimes you just know.
Creative Sense
Commerciality and art. Style and substance. Age old debates. There is no right or wrong, but there is a need to be flexible, appropriate, fit for individual purpose and effective. Oh, and creative.
Measured Urgency
We work at the appropriate pace. Commercial reality is such that things move quickly. Updates, upgrades, applications and immediacy rule society. We move with that but stress that sometimes you have to slow down the hurry up.
